The horizontal press type PO has been projected for thickening a large range of mixture, including those with slow draining and low consistency. This machine has been built so that the mixture, through a screw with an internal truncated conical core, is pressed against the external perforated basket, when it is dehydrated and reach the need capacity. RCM has dimensioned a machine on this subject to guarantee a perfect work, obtaining the necessary dryness thus avoiding excessive wear and unexpected maintenance costs. |

| This type of machine is extremely reliable as it allows (depending on the type of mixture) to obtain a outgoing dryness values ranging from 30% to 40%, essential for a total contaminants dispersion.
The press PO series has all the parts touching the mixture made in stainless steel (AISI 304 or AISI 316) and the wear standing parts covered with stellite. |
